Our coaches work with attorneys (at all levels) practice groups, executives, management and HR professionals. Typical objectives might include being elevated to partner; building new business development skills; managing department more effectively; succeeding in a new position; finding a new position; developing an exit strategy; or even starting a new business.
Coaching sessions with us are always discrete and private. The nature and direction of the work depends on you and your coach. A typical format utilizes weekly coaching sessions, using a combination of in-person and phone sessions — which ever is most convenient for you. Chassman Associates only works with a select group of clients because the process involves a high level of commitment. Generally, a coaching client will realize significant advances in three to six months.
