Keira has a decade-long track record in legal recruiting, placing candidates in the most prestigious law firms and companies in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, and the Far and Middle East. A sampling of the companies she has conducted searches for include UBS, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup-Smith Barney, Oppenheimer, Primedia, Inc., Cablevision Systems Corporation, NHL Enterprises, L.P., the National Basketball Association, MTV, Time, Inc., Honeywell, ImClone, Wyeth, St. Jude Medical and prominent private equity firms and hedge funds.

Keira developed her practice after working in Los Angeles at a top talent agency (now part of William Morris) and later in New York as a therapist, counselor, and executive coach to lawyers, business people, creative executives, and entrepreneurs.

She earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and her B.F.A. in Film and Television Production and Theory from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She is a frequent speaker on topics concerning attorney recruiting, placement, retention, and career/executive coaching and counseling. Among Keira’s many interests are music, film, art, and design. She is also with a supporter of Dress For Success, an international nonprofit organization that promotes economic independence for disadvantaged women.
