Keira A. Chassman, LMSW Deirdre J. Chassman, MSW Legal Advisor Domenic is an accomplished attorney specializing in Business, Corporate and Entertainment Law. Prior to starting his own firm, Domenic practiced in New York at an international firm, Jones Day and at the large, technology-oriented, law firm Brown Raysman. Domenic has counseled both Fortune 500 companies and high-tech start-ups. He has been intimately involved in many domestic and international corporate transactions. Domenic earned two degrees at McGill University (M.A. and B.A.), obtained his law degrees from Oxford University in England and Dalhousie University (LL.B.) in Canada. He earned his LL.M. (in International Business Transactions) from Columbia University. In addition to speaking Italian and French fluently, Domenic enjoys film, theater and is an avid baseball fan.
